Back pain is one of the top 10 reasons why people visit their doctor, and it is one of the most common conditions that we at Namaste address using safe and effective evidence-based wellness practices.

The American College of Physicians recommends using nonpharmacologic modalities to treat back pain as often as possible. Their evidence-based recommendations include exercise, mindfulness-based stress reduction, tai chi, yoga, and progressive muscle relaxation. These modalities help reduce stress, ease pain, and improve function, and they involve very little risk or discomfort.

Suffering from back pain? Namaste’s Wellness Plans and Services deliver the recommended approach comprehensively. Namaste will design and implement a personalized wellness plan to meet you where you are, ease away pain and stress, and improve strength and flexibility. We will bring all of the research-proven modalities to you, in the comfort of your home, via our curated network of wellness experts.

The goal? You feeling your best - body and mind.
